Why Can't I Exchange Into an Item That Shows In Stock?
Occasionally, customers notice that a style or size appears available on our website but is not available as an exchange option within the return portal.
This can happen for several reasons.
Inventory Availability May Differ
The exchange portal uses live inventory information and may temporarily restrict certain products when:
Inventory is very limited
Inventory is reserved for pending orders
Inventory is allocated to existing exchange requests
Inventory updates have not fully synchronized across systems
Website Availability Can Change Quickly
Popular sizes and colors may sell out between the time you begin your exchange and the time inventory is reserved.
As a result, an item that appears available on the website may not always be available for exchange processing.
What to do next?
If the item you want appears available on our website but is unavailable in the exchange portal, please place a new separate order for that desired item and then just process a "return" only for the original order.
