Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?
No problem. Please try on your Stegmann shoes indoors only until you’re sure you’re keeping them. We recommend wearing thin socks during your home try-on. If you have pets, note that wool may attract pet hair.

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns showing outdoor wear or damage.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and processed.
