SHIPPING & RETURNS SUMMARY:

Flat Rate Shipping: $4.98 per order for the continental US. AK/HI shipping is $9.98 per order.

Free Returns & Exchanges: For orders placed on or after September 3rd, 2025 there is no cost to send items back; pre-paid printable label will be provided.

RETURN WINDOW: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the order's ship date.

**Orders placed before September 3rd will be subject to a $4.98 return fee.
(Please note - The return charge previously was the cost of the shipping label up to $10 - usually averaging $7.00 + per order)

Exchange Policy: Up to 2 exchanges allowed per order

Please follow the return link above. You will be prompted to choose between exchanging your shoes for a different color or size, returning your shoes, or exchanging for something new. 

How our Exchange process works: 

Once the return/exchange choices are completed online a return label is created. The new exchange order is created and placed as soon as the return label for the original order is scanned at the carrier for return shipping and the item is on the way back.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Of course!  When trying on your new Stegmann shoes, please wear them indoors only until you are certain you do not need to return them.  We also recommend wearing a thin sock during your home try-on period.  If you have pets at home please be mindful that wool can attract pet hair.

We cannot refund or exchange returned products that show signs of wear or damage.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes!  Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Can I return a sale item?

Unless marked as "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase, Sale items are available for Returns & Exchanges.
