Return, refund & exchange policy

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 60 days of the shipping date. A pre-paid label can be downloaded and printed at home for a return or exchange. Exchange shipping labels are Free to the customer. Return refunds will be reduced by the cost of the return shipping label. Label fees will vary based on your shipping zip code, but will not exceed $10. Labels can be requested below and printed at home.

Returns and exchanges must be in original, unworn condition. Refunds will be processed after they items are received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card or bank statement. 

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Of course!  When trying on your new Stegmann shoes, please wear them indoors only until you are certain you do not need to return them. We cannot refund returned products that show signs of wear. For this reason we also recommend wearing a thin sock during your home try-on period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes!  Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Can I return a sale item?

Unless marked as "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase, Sale items are available for Returns & Exchanges. 


How do Canadian returns work?

All Canadian return shipping costs as well as any related duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer/Return requester. If any shipments are delivered to Stegmann with a balance due, these fees may be deducted from any refund balance due to the customer.
