Reporting a Product Defect or Warranty Issue

We're proud of the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience with their Stegmann footwear.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Before Contacting Us

Please gather the following information:

  • Your order number (if available)

  • Approximate purchase date

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Providing this information upfront helps us review your claim more quickly.

Examples of Issues We Review

Examples may include:

  • Sole separation or delamination

  • Broken buckles or hardware

  • Stitching failures

  • Material defects

  • Structural defects that occur during normal use

Normal Wear Is Not Considered a Defect

Footwear naturally experiences wear over time.

Examples of normal wear may include:

  • Worn footbeds

  • Compression of cushioning materials

  • Cosmetic scuffs, scratches

  • Holes or tears in wool

  • Normal outsole wear from use

How the Review Process Works

  1. Submit photos and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team reviews the information provided.

  3. Additional photos or details may be requested.

  4. We will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the product, age, condition, and nature of the issue.

Please Do Not Return Products Without Authorization

In some cases, we may be able to evaluate a claim using photographs alone.

If a physical inspection is required, our Customer Service team will provide instructions.

Important

Submitting a warranty or defect claim does not guarantee approval.

Each claim is reviewed individually based on the information provided.
