Instant Exchange vs Standard Exchange

When creating an exchange through our Return Portal, you may see two exchange options.

Understanding the difference can help you choose the option that's best for you.

Instant Exchange (Recommended)

With Instant Exchange, your replacement item is reserved and shipped right away.  The Credit Card is used as a "hold" and will not be charged unless the original item is not returned in the required time frame.

Benefits include:

• Fastest way to receive your replacement
• Helps prevent your preferred size or color from selling out
• No waiting for your return package to arrive first

This is the option we recommend whenever available.

Standard Exchange

With a Standard Exchange, you return your original item first.

Once your return is received and processed, your replacement order is created and shipped.

Benefits include:

• Traditional exchange process
• No replacement order created until return processing is complete

Which Option Should I Choose?

If inventory availability is important or you'd like to receive your replacement as quickly as possible, Instant Exchange is typically the best choice.

If you prefer the traditional exchange process, Standard Exchange remains available on eligible orders.

Both options provide a prepaid return label and are covered under our exchange policy.
