What are the instructions for Canadian returns?Updated 2 months ago

For international returns  from Canada, please take note of the following instructions:

• All return shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Include the original paperwork in the box when returning.  This is VERY important as if we do not have paperwork to match to a customer or order, we may not be able to issue credit.
• Ship your return to our designated international returns address.
