To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Go to https://stegmannusa.loopreturns.com/#/
  
  
• Enter your order number and shipping zip code exactly as they appear on your order.  Include the "#" before the ST.  Example #ST-111111
  
  
• To exchange/return an exchanged item, you will need your new EXCHANGE order number as written and shipping zip code. Be sure to enter in all of the "dashes".  The new EXCHANGE order number will start with the prefix - "EXC-ST" ( example - EXC-ST-11111-1 )
  
  
• If you wish to exchange for a different style, click on 'return item', followed by the blue link 'Shop with return credit' to choose a new item.
