The Lieben Smooth Leather Chelsea Boot runs true to size for most medium width wearers. 
Sizes 9.5 and up run short - we recommend sizing up 1/2 size for sizes 9.5 to 12..

The Lieben will loosen slightly with wear.  The insole is removable.
