For the Heidi in medium width - Order your regular US shoe size for sizes 6-8. Size up if between sizes. Size up 1/2 to 1 size if you have long toes, as this style has a short toe box.

This sandal runs slightly short in larger sizes. Sizes 8.5+ should size up to the next size, ex. 8.5 should order a 9; 9 should order a 10, etc
