If you've received a product with defects or noticed a defect after brief use, such as separation of the sole or unusual wear on the shoes, please email us with photos of the affected area. We will review the issue and may offer solutions or the option for an exchange if the return is within the allowed timeframe.
For defective items bought through Stegmann brick and mortar retailers, you will need to go through their return/exchange process.
